Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parent or caregiver aged = 18 years. Parent/caregiver is an English, isiZulu, or siSwati speaker. Parent/caregiver is currently caring for an adolescent girl aged 10–17 years. Parent/caregiver resides in the same household as the adolescent girl for at least 4 nights per month over the previous 3 months. Parent/caregiver has access to a mobile phone compatible with WhatsApp. Parent/caregiver is willing to enroll in the ParentText chatbot and receive messages via WhatsApp. Parent/caregiver provides written informed consent to participate in the study. Eligible adolescents: female teenagers aged 10–17 years who have a parent enrolled in the trial and who provide written informed assent. Eligible clusters: communities with at least 60 households with a resident adolescent girl aged 10–17 years and assigned to an m2m CHAMP implementer.

Clusters that do not have = 60 households with an eligible adolescent girl or are not assigned to an m2m CHAMP implementer.
