Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 25–35 years Diagnosed with primary infertility Currently undergoing ovulatory induction treatment Experiencing moderate to high levels of stress and/or anxiety as assessed by study instruments Willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of chronic medical diseases (e.g., endocrine, cardiovascular, or systemic conditions) Diagnosed psychiatric disorders or current use of psychotropic medications Participation in other relaxation therapies or psychological interventions during the study period Secondary infertility Inability to attend scheduled sessions or comply with the intervention protocol
