Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-60 years with symptomatic high perianal fistulas, with or without prior perianal abscess, not responded to medical and conservative treatments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with branching high transsphincteric, suprasphincteric, or extrasphincteric fistulas, interssphincteric fistulas, horseshoe fistulas, crohn's disease-associated fistulas, recurrent fistulas, fistulas with undrained collections or side tracts, malignancy-related fistulas.
