Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. Participants whose ages ranged between 18 and older. ii. Participants who have had a history of Mechanical NON-SPECIFIC CHRONIC LOW BACK PAIN at least for 6 months. iii. Participants who never had a history of spinal decompression surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Those with history of spinal surgeries ii. Those with a complain of mechanical low back pain less than 6 months. iii. presence of cognitive impairment Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score (less than 18 or < 24 in patients) iv. Pregnant women
