Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients having recurrent inguinal hernia with open primary repair with no contraindication for general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with bilateral hernia lower abdominal surgery bleeding tendency cardiopulmonary decompression 1ry Laparoscopic repair, less than 18 years old.
