Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women undergoing episiotomy or perineal tear repair. Possession of full mental capacity and provision of informed consent. Ability to communicate and use standardized pain/anxiety scales.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of epilepsy, vertigo, or severe motion sickness. Presence of emergency complications or hemodynamic instability. Use of general anesthesia or heavy sedation prior to the repair. Women diagnosed with hypertension or preeclampsia.
