Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with MT aged 5-7 years will be included if they: 1) have a BMI-for-age z-score above -3 and equal to or below - 2 2) present without any bilateral pitting edema or other complications 3) live in the Kersa district for at least 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children will be excluded if they: 1) have any overt disability or musculoskeletal disorder such as kyphosis or torticollis 2) have an edematous body 3) have known neurodevelopmental disorders, e.g., Cerebral palsy 4) are on the Outpatient Therapeutic Program (OTP) 5) have medical complications.
