Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male and female patients diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis Aged 30–65 years Sedentary lifestyle for at least 6 months prior to the programme Stable disease condition for at least 3 months prior to the programme Outpatients at the National Hospital or University College Hospital, Nigeria Ability to follow exercise protocols and adhere to study procedures
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Recent joint surgery within 6 months prior to the programme Recent medication change within 3 months prior to the programme Inability to exercise or follow advice Comorbidity incompatible with exercise participation Being pregnant
