Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Confirmed H. pylori infection by stool antigen testing and/or urea breath test. - Dyspeptic symptoms with clinical evidence of gastritis or peptic ulcer disease. - Treatment-naïve for H. pylori eradication therapy. - Able and willing to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Previous H. pylori eradication therapy. - Antibiotic use within the preceding 6 weeks. - Pregnancy or lactation. - Known allergy to any study medication. - Gastrointestinal malignancy or active gastrointestinal bleeding. - Severe systemic disease or significant comorbidities interfering with study participation or outcome assessment.
