Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1- Child with obstructed megaureter indicated for surgical repair. 2- Unilateral or bilateral disease. 3- Reterovesical ureteric diameter is less than 20 mm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1- Secondary obstructed megaureter. 2- Renal duplication anomalies. 3- Reterovesical ureteric diameter is more than 20 mm.
