Inclusion criteria: Mothers or caregivers of infants attending Olga Chaves Municipal Hospital in Lubango, Angola Possession of a mobile phone capable of receiving reminder messages Provision of written informed consent Infants eligible for routine childhood immunisation according to the national immunisation schedule

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers or caregivers without access to a mobile phone Refusal or inability to provide informed consent Infants with conditions preventing routine follow-up
