Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurse interns who agree to give a written informed consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurse interns who were unwilling to take part in the study Nurse interns who postponed and deferred their internship training from the previous year.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in nurse interns’ innovative behavior following the entrepreneurship training program, measured using the Innovative Work Behavior Scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Change in nurse interns’ entrepreneurship knowledge and entrepreneurial intention following the entrepreneurship training program, measured using the Entrepreneurship Knowledge Questionnaire and Entrepreneurial Intention Questionnaire.
