Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children younger than 12 years old stones which were more than 2 cm in the longest diameter stone density more than 400 HF unilateral or bilateral renal stones

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: adolescence older than 12 years old associated urological anomalies like UPJO, VUR…etc Stone less than 20 mm in the longest diameter Previous renal surgery
