Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 21 years or older. ? Radiologically confirmed spinal metastases (MRI and/or CT). ? Patients undergoing treatment for spinal metastases . ? Presence of pain, neurological deficit, or spinal instability requiring active management. ? Ability to provide informed consent and comply with follow-up assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Primary spinal tumors. ? Active spinal infection. ? Incomplete clinical data or loss to follow-up.
