Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with schizophrenia based on the initial medical diagnosis upon hospital admission. Patients experiencing visual hallucinations as assessed by the North-East Visual Hallucinations Interview (NEVHI). Patients having difficulty regulating anger as assessed by the State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory-2 (STAXI-2). Patients aged between 20 and 65 years. Patients willing to participate in the study and provide written informed consent after receiving a full explanation of the study aims. Patients receiving prescribed antipsychotic medications regularly as directed by their healthcare provider. Patients not participating in any educational program or complementary therapeutic sessions at the time of recruitment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Patients with schizoaffective disorder, or bipolar disorder with psychotic features. • Violent behaviors, as such conditions would compromise both safety and participation. • Patients are diagnosed with profound brain dysfunction or intellectual disability. • Patients with active substance or alcohol dependence within the past three months. • Patients have profound visual or hearing deficits that would prevent engagement with puppet theatre activities.
