Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18–70 years Diagnosed with Stage 1 hypertension: Systolic BP 130–139 mmHg and/or Diastolic BP 80–89 mmHg Permanent resident of Bindura urban Able and willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 years or above 70 years Existing diagnosis of diabetes mellitus Current antihypertensive treatment Severe illness or inability to participate Non-residents of Bindura urban
