Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age from 20 to 60 years old. ? Both genders. ? American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-II. ? Body mass index (BMI) >35 kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with known allergies to ibuprofen and NSAIDs. ? Patients with Congestive heart failure. ? Patients with diabetes (uncontrolled) or with diabetic neuropathy. ? Patients with history of chronic pain or chronic opioid consumption. ? Patients with hepatic or renal impairment. ? Patients with bleeding diathesis with a history or risk of intracranial hemorrhage. ? Patients with gastrointestinal tract problems such as gastritis or gastric bleeding. ? Surgical procedure more than 4 hours.
