Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged = 18 years Undergoing chronic maintenance hemodialysis for at least 3 months Clinically stable (no hospitalization for cardiovascular events in the previous 3 months) Ability to perform lower-limb cycling exercise during dialysis Written informed consent obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unstable cardiovascular disease (recent acute coronary syndrome, uncontrolled arrhythmias, symptomatic heart failure) Severe musculoskeletal or neurological disorders limiting exercise performance Active infection or febrile illness Recurrent intradialytic hypotension (= 2 episodes in the previous month) Inability to understand or follow exercise instructions

Primary

Change in systolic blood pressure (?SBP) from before exercise to immediately after exercise
