Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I–III, elective primary THA under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If the patient refuses participation, has chronic pain or opioid use, contraindications to regional anesthesia (such as infection at the injection site, coagulopathy, or allergy to local anesthetics), neurological deficits, cognitive impairment, inability to consent or report pain, revision/bilateral THA, or BMI <18.5 or =40 kg/m²
