Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects diagnosed with mechanical low back pain. Age ranged from 20 to 60 years. Both male and female subjects will be included. Patients have sufficient cognition and education to understand the study requirements. Subjects are not participating in any regular exercise or sport program. Subjects did not receive drugs for mechanical low back pain during the study period. Subjects are medically stable and eligible to participate in physical therapy sessions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unreliable or uncooperative patients. Patients with malignancy. Patients with cardiac pacemaker. Pregnant women. Psychogenic patients. Patients with previous surgical intervention on the lower back. Patients with extensive scar around the lower back. Monoplegic, paraplegic, or quadriplegic patients. Patients with history of cortisone injection in the affected area. Patients with serious neurological, systemic, or inflammatory conditions
