Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18–65 years Both sexes ASA class III–IV Scheduled for kidney transplant surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Coronary artery disease Congestive heart failure Arrhythmias Severe valvular heart disease Contraindications to TEE (e.g., esophageal disease, varices, stricture, diverticulum)
