Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Treatment phase 1.1. Moxidectin arm - Age = 4 years - Resident in the study area for at least one year - to give informed consent 1.2. Ivermectin arm - Age = 5 years - Resident in the study area for at least one year - to give informed consent 2. Epidemiological evaluation in each arm - Age = 4 years - Resident of the study area - Complete the questionnaire - Ability to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Pregnant women as determined by self-declaration or confirmed by a rapid urine pregnancy test. - Individuals with a known history of allergy or hypersensitivity to ivermectin
