Inclusion criteria: Adults =18 years Diagnosed RA (clinical criteria) Stable treatment =3 months Able to consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Severe organ disease • Pregnancy/lactation Allergy to plant products Patient below 18 years Current supplement use affecting outcomes Participation in another trial

Primary

(C-reactive protein (CRP) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
secondary outcomes (Disease Activity Score in 28 joints (DAS28), pain assessed using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Health Assessment Questionnaire Disability Index (HAQ-DI), haematological indices, and fasting blood glucose (FBG)).
