Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Adults =18 years. • Both sexes. • Patients with heel lesions (non-healing deep ulcer or gangrene).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients with failed revascularization of their lower limbs. • Bed-ridden patients. • Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) < 0.6. • Adjuvant flap transfer. • Use of negative vacuum dressing.
