Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 44 years. Sitting in a cross-legged posture for 215-30 minutes per session (Grade II-IV). Frequency of cross-legged sitting 23 times per day. Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 and 30 kg/m². Positive neurodynamic test (Slump test and/or Straight Leg Raise test). Muscle strength on the affected side reduced by 20-30% compared to contralateral side. Restricted hip range of motion (extension, abduction, and internal rotation).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of pelvic trauma or previous pelvic surgery. Any lower limb biomechanical disorder (congenital, traumatic, or pathological). Cross-legged sitting <3 times per day OR <10 minutes per session. Presence of other causes of symptoms (e.g., low back pain, sacroiliac joint pain, leg length discrepancy)
