Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 or older, unless if they are emancipated minors. 2. Pregnant women only will be included in the study if they consent. 3. Written informed consent given by the subject. 4. The subject agrees that all aspects of the study will be completed. 5. The subject presents to a participating centre. This presentation may be by invitation to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The subject has already participated in this study at a previous date. 2. The subject is currently enrolled in a study to evaluate an investigational new drug and has started taking the investigational drug. 3. Vulnerable populations as deemed inappropriate for the study by the study Investigator(s) such as those who are not mentally competent to take part in the study.
