Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patients aged from 18 to 70 years old. b. Size of renal stone =25 mm. c. Stone Hounsfield density =300HU d. Patients with grade II , grade III & grade IV complex renal stones according to ( Guy’s stone complexity score ) e. Patients with unilateral or bilateral renal stones. f. Normal anatomy of the kidney regarding position & orientation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patients aged ?18 years old or ?70years old. b. Size of renal stone ?25 mm. c. Stone Hounsfield density ?300HU d. Patients with grade I complex renal stones according to ( Guy’s stone complexity score ) e. bleeding diathesis f. Pregnancy g. Patients with only functioning kidney. h. Patients with renal anatomical anomalies, ex horse shoe kidney. i. Skeletal deformities that interfere with patient position, ex scoliosis j. Patients with renal stone accompanied with other urinary stones, ex ureteric stones.
