Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All of the participants are females. have a body mass index =30. maintain an inactive lifestyle, which is defined as any resting position that needed more than 1.5 metabolic equivalents of task energy expenditure, such as sitting, reclining, or lying down.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis of pregnancy diabetes vibration-induced diseases musculoskeletal or neurological injuries or illnesses circulatory system disease during the preceding six months acute inflammation, and sensitivity to motion sickness or vertigo
