Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with severe cicatricial entropion of the upper eyelid.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Patients with minimal or moderate entropion 2- Recurrent entropion 3- Patients with previous lid surgery 4- Patients with trichiasis 5- Patients with spastic or senile entropion
