Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All parturients for elective caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia that are willing to participate in the trial after an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parturient who declined consent Women with significant diseases like hepatic, haematological including bleeding disorders, renal, cardiovascular, diabetes mellitus, asthmatic and peptic ulcer disease History of chronic pain Adverse reaction or hypersensitivity to bupivacaine or ketorolac
