Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients above 18 years Confirmed Helicobacter pylori infection by stool antigen (Ag) test or histopathologic examination of gastric samples obtained through upper gastrointestinal tract endoscopy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients aged <18 years Those with major chronic disease, such as liver cirrhosis, renal impairment Those with history of previous gastric or duodenal surgery or GIT malignancy Those who had previously received H. pylori treatment Those who received (antacids, proton pump inhibitors (PPIs), H2 receptor antagonists, anticoagulants, or antibiotics) within 6 weeks before study enrollment Those with an allergy to any of the study medications
