Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women aged 18–49 years Attending their first antenatal care (ANC) visit for the current pregnancy at HGOPY Not accompanied by their male partner at the first ANC visit Have a male partner who is reachable by phone Provide written informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Male partner is already known to be HIV-positive and linked to care Women who are widowed or do not currently have a male partner Women reporting high risk of intimate partner violence (IPV) as assessed during screening Women who are critically ill or unable to participate in study procedures Any situation where participation may pose safety or ethical concerns, as determined by the study team
