Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Adult male patients (=50 years to 89 years) with histologically confirmed prostate cancer that consent for orchidectomy and the study. • Only patients with prostate cancer classified as locally advanced or metastatic based on predefined clinical, biochemical, imaging, and histopathological criteria will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Patients with prior hormonal therapy (medical castration, anti androgens, or previous orchidectomy). • Patients on steroid medication for other conditions • Patients with contraindications to surgery, including those with severe cardiopulmonary disease, uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes mellitus, bleeding diatheses or uncorrected coagulopathies, active systemic infection. • Patients with concurrent testicular pathology.
