Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 80 patients ASA class II and III with age ranged from 20- 40 years with BMI 35-40 kg/m2 or higher scheduled for laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Previous history of neurological diseases. • Cerebrovascular diseases or diabetes. • Previous brain surgery. • Ophthalmological diseases, glaucoma. • Patients whose CO2 pneumoperitoneum will be interrupted.

MeasureTime frame
Measurement of the mean optic nerve sheath diameter (ONSD) at different time intervals in propofol (TIVA) and sevoflurane groups.
