Inclusion criteria: 1. Paediatric dental patients and their parents who require follow-up appointments after their first visit. 2. Parents/guardians of patients who own a working mobile phone that can receive text-message

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients moving out of the state permanently or just visiting
