Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Individuals aged 18-35 years 2 Individuals aged 18-35 years 3 Individuals who have a normal BMI (18-24.9 kg/m2) 4 Individuals who live a sedentary lifestyle 5 Individuals who are regular consumers of white bread 6 Individuals who are willing to provide an informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosed individuals living with diabetes and hypertension 2 Individuals on medication such as anti-diabetic and anti-hypertensive medications. 3 Individual with food allergies to our study foods 4 Individuals who smoke 5 Individuals who consume more than two units or two drinks of alcohol
