Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women who: Have started or continued using a hormonal contraceptive method or a copper IUD on the day of recruitment Are aged 15–49 years Are willing to provide a phone number and receive follow-up phone calls
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Not planning to live in Addis Ababa for the next eight months Can not verbally communicate Not willing to provide consent for the study
