Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Swimmers. Aged between 11 and 12 years old. Never performed a shoulder rotator strength training program. They practice swimming for at least 8 to 9 hours per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of upper-limb disorders history of lower-limb disorders Involvement in any additional activities that might affect the training results.
