Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Adult patients above 18 years old and below 80 years old. 2-Diagnosis of complex renal calculi. 3-Renal stones with Moderate (7-8) to Severe ( 9-15) complexity, Complexity of stone will be assessed according to S.T.O.N.E. Nephrolithometry Score . 4-Unilateral or Bilateral renal stones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: o Age younger than 18 years. o severe skeletal deformities. o Known anatomical abnormalities of the urinary tract. o Patients with a solitary kidney. o Known bleeding diathesis or coagulopathy. pregnant females
