Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with unilateral or bilateral renal and upper ureteric stones, confirmed by imaging (CT scan, ultrasound, or X-ray). Stone Size: Stones range from 1 to 2 cm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A. Active Urinary Tract Infection: that has not been treated and cleared. B. Pregnancy: due to potential risks to the fetus from radiation or anesthesia. C. Severe Systemic Conditions: Patients with uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, or any other systemic conditions that would increase perioperative risk.
