Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult females aged 18 to 50 years. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II. Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 30 kg/m². Scheduled for elective diagnostic hysteroscopy. Ability to maintain spontaneous breathing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anticipated difficult airway (e.g., Mallampati class III or IV, mouth opening <3 cm, thyromental distance <6 cm, or limited neck mobility). Increased risk of aspiration (full stomach or gastroesophageal reflux disease). Known hypersensitivity or contraindication to any of the study drugs. Pregnancy or lactation. Patients requiring operative hysteroscopy or procedures expected to exceed 30 minutes.

MeasureTime frame
Laryngeal Mask Airway (LMA) insertion conditions as measured by the modified Muzi scoring system.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Hemodynamic changes, including Heart Rate (HR) and Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP).;Incidence of respiratory complications, specifically apnea (>20 seconds) or oxygen desaturation (SpO_2 <92%).;Total induction dose of Propofol (mg/kg) required for successful LMA insertion.;Time to reach target entropy values (State Entropy = 60 and the difference between Response and State Entropy = 10).;Recovery time and duration of Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) stay.
