Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: These participants were adult patients of both genders, aged between 18 and over 50 years old, conscious, capable of communication, willing to engage with the research, and free of serious postoperative complications and mental disorders; additionally, their feet were healthy and free of anatomical deformities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria encompassed patients with foot problems, those with injuries in their extremities, and those with mental health diseases.
