Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 30-70 ASA IV patients Requiring fluid resuscitation due to septic shock, hemorrhagic shock, or other causes of acute circulatory failure
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • A history of ocular surgery or pre existing ophthalmic disease or intracranial pathology • previous upper midline abdominal surgery • Any condition or state that may hinder ultrasonographic examination • Mechanically ventilated patients
