Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age over 18 years thoracic surgery via thoracotomy Age < 18 years. ASA < 4 No infection at the puncture site. Elective surgery. No contraindications to regional anesthesia, local anesthetics, or opioids. No chronic pain. BMI < 30. No pregnant women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure of regional anesthesia. Patient receiving other forms of regional analgesia Inability to extubate the patient on the operating table
