Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eligible participants were Primary Health Care Workers at Primary Health Care Centres who were involved in primary care, medication use, or immunisation services. Those who consented to take part in the study Those who were on duty during data collection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The Primary Health Care Workers and Primary Health Care Centres who participated in the pre-test question assessment were excluded from the study. Also, other workers who are not primary health care workers in the health facilities, such as cleaners, security men, etc
