Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female patients aged 18–60 years. Patients with non-palpable malignant breast lesions detected by mammography and/or ultrasound. Patients with complete or partial clinical response after neoadjuvant therapy. Patients scheduled for breast-conserving surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous local breast radiotherapy. Diffuse microcalcifications. Inflammatory breast carcinoma. Multicentric breast lesions. Pregnant patients. Patients unfit for surgery or refusing participation.
