Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Patients Diagnosed with sinusitis confirmed with CT diagnosis or MRI. • Onset of illness at least 3 months. • Age 20 – 40. • Patients who had symptoms. • CT diagnosis with sinusitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bee Venom severe allergy. • Pregnant patients or in breast feeding state. • Patients who have cancer or history of cancer around area of exposure to therapy. • Patients who have eye problems. • Being uncooperative in research

MeasureTime frame
A statistically significant reduction was observed in several symptoms within the study group when compared with the control group. These included: blowing the nose, sneezing, runny nose, reduced productivity, reduced concentration, sadness, embarrassment, frustration, nasal blockage, and cough. These findings indicate a superior therapeutic effect of bee venom phonophoresis on nasal, functional, and psychosocial domains of the SNOT-22 scale.

No statistically significant differences were found between the two groups regarding: post-nasal discharge, thick nasal discharge, ear fullness, dizziness, ear pain, facial pain, sleep-related symptoms (difficulty falling asleep, waking up at night, lack of restful sleep, waking tired), daytime fatigue, sense of taste and smell, and pain threshold measured by the pressure algometer. This suggests that while bee venom phonophoresis improved many sinonasal and functional outcomes, its influence on otologic manifestations, pain perception, and sleep-related symptoms was limited.
