Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults 18–64 years old, Both sexes ASA I–II, scheduled for laparoscopic sleeve gastrostomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Inability to cooperate or cognitive impairment; known allergy to local anesthetics or study drugs; chronic pain or chronic opioid therapy; analgesic use within 24 h pre-op; coagulation disorders; active infection at injection site or systemic infection; pregnancy; significant cardiac/renal/hepatic disease; substance abuse; refusal or inability to consent
