Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female paturients aged 20-40years 2. ASA II or III 3. Elective caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia 4. Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. BMI = 35 kg/m² 3. known hypersensitivity to study drug, 4. Conversion to general anaesthesia 5. Emotional instability.
