Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Residents who live more than six month in the study area Who are willing to participate in the study by giving written consent will be included. An individual one or more eyelashes from the upper eyelid turn in and touch the cornea when the patient looks straight ahead, plus evidence of entropion; There is evidence of corneal damage from TT The patient has severe discomfort from TT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Defective eyelid closure or the presence of TT after previous TT surgery Patient with poor general health, and Age less than 18 years will be excluded from the study
